At age 67 I was persuaded to get myself into better shape and started visiting the
Bellingen Gym. Now, five years on, I am feeling as fit and strong as I ever have.
There is certainly truth in that old saying that 'if you don't use, it you lose
it'. I find going to the gym at least three times a week is not only beneficial
to my continuing good health, I actually enjoy the experience. Anyone who wants

Weight and fitness training at the Bellingen gym is a great way to achieve your
health and fitness goals. Along with your motivation and consistency the gym offers
a framework of support, expertise and friendship which has helped me achieve great
results. I feel better, I am fitter, stronger, healthier and inspired. Recently
I have had some personal training with positive results. I am more efficient and
effective in pursuing my goals. Training at the Bellingen gym is both challenging
and rewarding and I can highly recommend it as a positive contribution to a healthier
lifestyle and general wellness.
