"Boot Camp" Training

 

Bootcamp is a fun and exciting way to improve your health and fitness. Bootcamp caters to a broad range of people aging from 15 to 60+ years. It is designed to allow a wide range of people of varying fitness levels to work together in one group.

 

Bootcamp involves mostly running around to the local parks and utilising public facilities to do bodyweight exercises that will work the entire muscular and cardiovascular systems. The great thing is that no session is exactly the same. You will be working with like-minded people but are able to work at a pace that you are comfortable with.

 

Also, to add to the social aspect of the bootcamp you are welcome to join us for a healthy breakfast at one of the local cafes after the session has finished.

 

Bootcamp is generally run in 4 week blocks on Saturday mornings from 7am – 8am with a one week break in between blocks. Should interest be sufficient in the future these times may be extended. Contact the gym for further information on starting dates and costs.
